Arranged in a safe environment or online – current COVID restrictions and guidance adhered to.

Delivered by a registered Accredited Mindfulness Now Teacher – please see www.mindfulnessnow.org.uk for further details of professional qualifications.

When delivering mindfulness in a corporate/organisational setting, it is presumed that the lead who has arranged the event briefs participants before the session to make sure that everyone has a good understanding of what mindfulness and meditation is so that they can opt out before the session begins if needed – although during the mindfulness sessions if any participant feels uncomfortable they can leave the environment at any time.

It is important to understand that mindfulness is not a therapy but about bringing the attention to the present with full awareness, non-judgemental in a kind compassionate way. You will learn how to be mindful by undertaking mindful activities and using meditation to help focus your thoughts.

When delivering a bespoke health and wellbeing events, it is assumed that the organisation already has risk assessments in place and can provide a suitable venue for a safe delivery of health screening, mindfulness session, work station assessment, discussions on the 5 ways to wellbeing or other requested activities within the environment. *All activities are to be delivered in an office/meeting room setting.

Individuals will be able to gain insight into mindfulness practices that when practiced regularly can help with depression, anxiety, stress, panic symptoms, wellbeing, resilience and chronic pain. It is widely recognised that supporting and investing in employees can help boost morale, make them feel valued and proud to work for an employer that invests in them
