This is a 4-week programme with each session lasting no more than 1 – 1- and 1/2-hours covering mindfulness listening, breath awareness and mindfulness eating of a raisin or something of similar size if any has allergies. All activities are indoors with one activity using a glass jar for which the mindfulness teacher would need support from the class teacher when demonstrating (risk assessment can be seen on request).
Arranged in a safe environment or online – current COVID restrictions and guidance adhered to.

When delivering in schools, it is assumed that the organisation already has risk assessments in place and can provide a suitable venue.
Each session is to be supported by a suitable teacher who is aware of the pupils needs.
